+ Must have a professional degree in transportation from intermediate level or higher or have a college degree or higher in other economic and technical majors and have worked continuously at the transport unit for at least 03 years. years or more.
5. Parking location:
+ The transport business unit must have a parking space suitable to the business plan and ensure requirements on traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention and environmental sanitation according to the provisions of law.
6. Regarding organization and management:
6.1 Transportation business units whose vehicles are required to be equipped with vehicle tracking devices must be equipped with computers and network connections and must monitor and process information received from the monitoring devices. closely follow the vehicle’s itinerary;

* Conditions for passenger transport business by taxi
1. Enterprises and cooperatives meet all the conditions specified in Article 13 (except Point c, Clause 3, Article 13) Decree No. 86/2014/ND-CP.
2. Taxi vehicles must have a capacity of 9 seats or less (including the driver).
