I'm Japanese. We used it to transfer from Hoi An to Da Nang Airport. I can communicate easily through English. Hospitality is also good. He pulled over and helped me when a small bug came in. The train is clean and the price is reasonable!

Wonderful car service
Ocean private car service is extremely good - what I like about Ocean is that he’s extremely punctual and reliable. We took his car from the airport, and then a return trip between Da Nang and HoiAn. Both were very pleasant. Highly recommend and will not hesitate to reach out to Ocean for future trips. Thank you!

We used family car service from Hoi An to Da Nang airport. We were collect from outside our hotel and dropped right to airport. Ocean was really friendly, helpful and quickly responded to our messages. Overall great service and good price. Would recommend :)

Best over seas car service I have ever had! As per request drinks on arrival from the airport, when ever we needed a lift anywhere Kieu would be there and always be waiting for me if I was running late & if he was on a job he would have another driver on his way to pick us up, Kieu speaks very good English and has a very caring & relaxed nature. We hope to come back again soon 🇻🇳🙏🏼

Kieu is an absolute legend. He made getting around stress free and enjoyable. He speaks really good english too. Be sure to go try some local food with him too and also check out his wife's tailor shop in old town called casa de tailor. Thanks for everything Kieu. Big love

Great Private Car Service
I found Ocean’s (Hai) info on Reddit which I’m glad I did. It led me over to his Tripadvisor page and I got to see all the great reviews he had. I immediately got into contact with him through email (he has WhatsApp too) and his response was instant. He was happy to quote prices for trips and confirm pickup and drop off information. When we arrived at the airport he was standing outside with our name displayed so we wouldn’t get lost and was happy to help us with our luggage to the car. He was very joyful and pleasant, full of cheer and happy to chat to us about Hoi An and any interesting tidbits/recommendations as a local (he lives in Hoi An) and how if we needed him for anything just send him a WhatsApp and he will be there as quick as possible or help in the best way he can. We used him for all 3 days we were there. He helped buy us Banh Mi’s as a local for local prices and even brought us to the local coffee with crème place for the local treatment and prices. At one point we messaged him last minute for a ride to an excursion and he was there within 15mins. For anyone that requires a private driver that offers a local aspect and fair prices (sometimes even cheaper than Grab taxis or on par with shuttles where you have to share with lots of other people) don’t hesitate to go with Ocean.
